This isn't really helpful. It says at the top of the article that it isn't possible, only to detail the aforementioned steps to do information technology.
Unless the xbox one has ii seperate versions of minecraft, in which case the obvious question becomes,"where is the other version, and how practise i get it?"

When Minecraft was originally released for the 1 it was listed as "The One Edition". Information technology was updated at the stop of 2017 and the original version was discontinued. Then if you upgraded or bought Minecraft for the 1 recently, y'all would have the new version and would non be able to move the save over from the 360 version.

Good twenty-four hour period
Transfering a saved globe from a 360 to 1 is not possible unfortuantly. They run on ii different versions of the game.

The process would require you to have the older "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" game. If you accept "Minecraft" without the "Xbox One Version", then you tin can't directly import your world.
After you uploaded your earth on the Xbox 360, find a friend with the Xbox One Version game, and then sign in with your Xbox 360 account.
On the Xbox One Edition you lot will then have the option to import your Xbox 360 world.
Subsequently the Xbox 360 world was imported, play a scrap in your earth and save your game world. Give the console fourth dimension to synchronize your gamestate to the cloud.
Now you lot tin remove your Account from your friend'south console and sign in on your own panel.
Offset Minecraft, and import your "Xbox One Edition" World into your "Minecraft".

I have the same problem as you, and sadly when I bought Minecraft during Black Friday, I did not know my Xbox 360 saved games would not transfer to the new Xbox One (without the Xbox One Edition game every bit an intermediate footstep). Unfortunately, I practice non know anyone with the Xbox One Edition to assist me with the conversion. How has this not been addressed by Microsoft/Mojang by now?

Hello, right now you tin can transfer 360 worlds to Xbox One only if your Xbox One is on a version something like 1.14 and y'all Xbox 360 on the version of one.xiii. I'm also wanting to know if Xbox One worlds can be transferred onto the 360.
